We feel your pain. We've seen it grow.
At JLM, we believe that the patient's happiness starts with the Purchaser. They are the first link in the chain. And too often that link is under pressure from all parts.
We've thought about what we can do at JLM and it starts with a level of customer service directed at the Purchaser. We have always done that.
